Vertical CNC

Horizontal CNC
A CNC horizontal lathe T4/27 BERTHIEZ: maximum diameter in front of the carriage 2600 mm, distance between centers 8000 mm, maximum load 50 T
Balancing CNC
•A large CNC balancing machine SHENCK H9T: maximum length of part to be balanced 1200 mm, maximum diameter 4000 mm, maximum load 60 T
In addition to these advanced machines, there is a set of conventiona/manual machines (i.e. horizontal lathes, drilling machines, etc...) and a range of high-tech metalworking equipment (oxy-fuel cutting benches, welding stations, etc.). The full working area is covered by two (02) overhead cranes with capacities of 60/20 T and 10 T, respectively, with max height of 12mt to ensure the safe handling of parts on-site.
